Product Overview

This product uses amorphous alloy material for the iron core. The no-load loss and no-load current are equivalent to 30% of silicon steel sheet. The no-load loss of amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is 75% lower than GB/T10228 standard, which can greatly reduce operating costs and has significant energy-saving effects.

The amorphous alloy iron core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature silicone, effectively preventing rust and amorphous alloy fragment shedding, thereby effectively protecting the iron core and coils.

To reduce product operating noise, reasonable working magnetic flux density is selected during product design, and the iron core and coil structure are improved during processing. Special noise reduction materials and processes are used. The product noise is about 5-15 decibels lower than the national standard GB/T10088 requirements.

The product adopts a three-phase three-column structure. The iron core and coil clamping structure is compact and reasonable. Our company’s amorphous alloy dry-type transformers have passed the sudden short-circuit test in China.

Due to the use of epoxy resin vacuum casting, the product has low temperature rise, long service life, and strong heat dissipation capability. It can operate at 150% rated load under air-cooled conditions. The temperature control protection system equipped with the product provides reliable protection for the safe operation of amorphous alloy dry-type transformers.
